Join Our Team at Harvest – Part-Time Opportunities to Serve Children in a Christ-Centered Environment
Do you love Jesus, love kids, and feel called to nurture young hearts through faith and care? Harvest is hiring part-time team members to serve in our Christian-based Afterschool Program for elementary students. These roles are ideal for individuals who are energetic, compassionate, and passionate about sharing the love of Christ through daily interaction and teaching.
As part of our children’s ministry team, you’ll help create a safe, joyful, and spiritually rich environment where kids can grow, learn, and thrive. Depending on your availability and strengths, you may be considered for either or both roles.
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Love working with children and value their spiritual development
- Be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Have experience with or a heart for early childhood or elementary-aged children
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age and willing to undergo a background check and drug test
Part-Time Schedule Available:
- Afternoon Shift (Monday–Friday, 1:00–6:00 PM) – Serve in our afterschool program for elementary-aged students, assisting with supervision, activities, snack prep, and Christ-centered care
Afterschool Program Additional Availability:
- Early release school days (10:30 AM–6:00 PM, as needed during the school year)
- Summer program (early June through early August, full-day shifts available Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:00 PM)
Transportation Note: Afterschool program only
Applicants with a valid driver’s license and interest in driving a non-CDL bus to transport students from local schools to our campus are highly encouraged to apply (training provided). Those driving a bus would start at $12/hr.
