Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other culinary appliances.
- Follow food safety protocols, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Support high-volume food production while maintaining quality and attention to detail during busy service times.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, storage areas, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or Culinary professional with a background in fast casual dining or high-volume kitchens.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety management systems and sanitizing procedures.
- Experience with dietary department operations or dietary aide roles is a plus.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining flexibility for special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in restaurant settings demonstrating reliable food service skills is a must.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
