Executive Program Director

The Harbor Education Group is the fastest growing provider of special education schools in the country and includes the Hubbard Day schools, the Emerald Learning schools, the Nova Day schools and the Foundry schools, among others. We are seeking an Executive Program Director and educational leader in Riverside, California to run and oversee new school programs.

This position is for an independent executive with a proven track record of team building and running special education programs of high quality and success. It’s an exciting chance to take on a high-level leadership position for a premier platform and bring its available resources to bear in support of building out programs in and around this part of California.

You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

• Obtained a Master’s degree
• 5 years of experience in managing and supervising staff
• Proficiency in problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills
• Professional communication, written and spoken
• Proficient in the use of modern office technology
• Have reliable transportation
• Must clear a current background check through the FBI & DOJ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
