This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director located in Fallbrook, CA. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. They will work closely with the board of directors to implement the clinic’s mission and vision and will coordinate fundraising efforts, facilitate community outreach, and oversee program development and evaluation. The role also includes financial oversight, resource allocation, and fostering collaborative relationships to ensure the growth and sustainability of the clinic.

• Leadership and management skills, including experience leading teams and managing budgets
