BOX OFFICE MANAGER – The Hamilton Live
Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 / year based on experience Quarterly Bonus Potential
The Hamilton is looking for a dynamic, music-loving leader to join the management team as the Box Office Manager for our music venue, The Hamilton Live. This individual will be responsible for all ticketing aspects for performances at The Hamilton Live and work closely with the Talent Buyer & Venue Manager, our corporate Marketing department, and artists’ tour managers, agents and promoters to maximize sales and ensure a seamless ticketing experience for our fans.
The Hamilton Live is a 550-700 seat capacity music venue located in the basement of The Hamilton restaurant that has been in operation since 2011. The venue features nationally and regionally touring musical acts and over its first decade has gained a national reputation as one of the best rooms in the country to play. The combination of world-class sound/video equipment, Clyde’s Restaurant Group food and beverage offerings and a commitment to provide unmatched hospitality in the concert industry has earned The Hamilton Live this reputation. We are looking for the Box Office Manager to build on that legacy and take the venue to new heights.

- Announcing New Concerts
- Build shows from the ground up in our ticketing system.
- Prepare & file promotional materials for each concert.
- Coordinate pre-sales and promo codes with artist representatives.
- Track sales and provide regular per-show and org-level reports to internal & external stakeholders.
- Box Office and Concert Execution
- Work with the Venue Manager to establish and maintain best practices and SOPs for box office staff.
- Hire, train and schedule Box Office personnel.
- Work with Venue Manager and Executive Chef to maintain our menus.
- Schedule needed security for concerts with our 3rd party security company.
- Support the box office on show nights as needed.
- Support F&B operations on show nights as needed.
- Administer refunds and address escalated guest concerns.
- Maintain guest lists for each show and administer comp tickets.
- Coordinate press and photo passes.
- Capture footage of concerts for use in social media and other promotions.
- Prepare settlement materials for concerts based on current ticket sales.
