Duties
- Safely operate box trucks with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
- Assist the driver in route driving, navigation, and timely delivery of packages
- Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries
- Help with moving items within warehouses or customer locations as needed
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Support the driver in vehicle inspections, safety checks, and maintaining cleanliness of the truck
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles
- Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong driving skills with a valid
driver license or equivalent for commercial driving - Experience in load & unload operations, heavy lifting, and moving items safely
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and responsibly
