- Midwest regional lanes with strong, year-round freight volume
- Consistent weekly mileage of 2,200 to 2,600 miles
- Home time available weekly or bi-weekly depending on freight and lanes

- Pet and rider policy
- 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth — late model, well maintained
- APU on every truck in the fleet
- Valid Class A CDL, must be 21 years of age or older
- At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
- No major violations within the last 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Must clear pre-employment drug screening
