We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings HVAC knowledge and a can-do attitude to every customer interaction — whether it's in person, over the phone, or behind the scenes coordinating a job from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing expert guidance and friendly service
• Take and process customer orders with accuracy, care, and attention to detail
• Use your HVAC knowledge to help customers make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently
• Coordinate with warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Keep things organized and upbeat, even in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC experience or knowledge REQUIRED (either hands-on or technical understanding)
• A warm, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Confidence in taking orders and providing solutions both face-to-face and by phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
