ROLE SUMMARY:
Opening January 2026, Delilah Dallas is seeking experienced and hospitality-driven Servers to play a vital role in delivering a memorable and personalized dining experience. Servers are responsible for providing knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive service in a high-volume, fine dining setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar environment, demonstrate a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, and contribute to a positive, hospitality-driven atmosphere.
Open availability is preferred, Sunday availability is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant.
- Clearly and proficiently inform customers of Chef’s specials, menu changes and additions, and answer any questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, suggestively selling specific menu items.
- Oversee table maintenance and coordinate table service with fellow team members.
- Work alongside bussers to clear and reset tables and maintain service stations stocked with silverware, glassware, share plates, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
- Respond to guests’ needs with a proactive approach.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
- Maintain appropriate inventory and proper condition of equipment and operating supplies.
- Communicate with management, and all other service staff regarding all customer needs, comments, or incidents.
- Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department.
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings to review what is expected of service before the shift starts.
- Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Certified Food Handlers Card.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic understanding of beer, wine, and spirits is preferred.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.
