Job Summary

In this dual role, you will serve as both a server and bartender, providing comprehensive customer service in our restaurant and bar areas. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and craft specialty cocktails—all while maintaining a safe, friendly, and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement:
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist them with menu selections and drink recommendations
• Answer guest questions regarding food, beverage offerings, and special promotions
• Order Taking & Food Service:
• Accurately take food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are complete and satisfying guest expectations
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized dining areas
• Bar Service & Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
• Monitor and verify guest age for responsible alcohol service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including managing bar inventory and supplies
• Transaction Management:
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently
• Handle billing, tips, and maintain accurate records of orders and payments
• Team Collaboration & Standards:
• Work closely with fellow team members to maintain high service standards in both the dining and bar environments
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a busy, dynamic setting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in server and/or bartending roles is preferred; however, motivated candidates with a strong customer service background are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet local age requirements (minimum 18 for serving; 21 for alcohol service)
