We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser for both morning and evening shifts to support our busy restaurant. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently, assisting servers with bussing duties
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and setting up stations
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations throughout shifts
- Support catering and banquet setups by transporting dishes and supplies as required
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are upheld
- Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
Skills
- Experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bussing, food preparation, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts as needed
- Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not mandatory
