Requirements
- Prior experience in coffee service preferred, but a love of coffee and willingness to learn is essential
- All baristas will be cross trained and expected to perform on all front of house matters
- Knowledge of espresso, pour-over, and milk texturing a plus
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality beverages
