This individual will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Guild's Enterprise Resources Planning Childcare and Billing system-FAMLY.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:ERP Management-FAMLYManage project lifecycles, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, collaborate with stakeholders, and train users to align the system with business goals and improve efficiency.Lead and train Guild staff and coordinate with third-party vendors for enhancements and supportProvide technical support and maintenanceMaintain up to date technical and training documentationBilling Management-FAMLYOversee daily operations- Manage all day-to-day activities of the Guild's Billing and Family Access staffOversee the process of verifying eligibility and applying appropriate charges to accountsMonitor and manage the entire revenue cycle including charges, claim submission, and payment postingMonitor payments and collectionsStay up to date on EEC billing regulations and compliance requirements.Regularly audit EEC billing reports to identify errors and work with staff to correct themProvide training to staff on Billing and SOP (standard operating procedures)Qualifications:Require a BS Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information TechnologySolid computer skills in MS Word and ExcelRequires minimum of 5 years' experience with ERP systemsMinimum of 2 years of management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in a changing environmentStrong analytical & quantitative skillsProficiency in ERP software and revenue management toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Project Management methodologiesAbility to manage competing projectsThe Guild of St. Agnes offers an excellent benefits package including; health and disability insurances, a 401k with up to 10% employer contribution, up to 4 weeks of vacation after one year, and more.The Guild of St. Agnes is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment for all employees
