What You'll Do

As a Bartender at The Growler, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Providing exceptional hospitality and building positive relationships with guests.
- Demonstrating knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, spirits, and menu offerings.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Processing orders and payments accurately using the Toast POS system.
- Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service practices.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Assisting with closing, restocking, and other duties as needed.
- Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings:
- At least 3 years of bartending experience.
- Strong knowledge of craft beer styles, cocktails, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- A current responsible beverage service certification (or the ability to obtain one).
