What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Craft cocktail experience preferred
- Open availability preferred
- Weekend availability is required (Friday–Sunday)
- Positive, energetic, and engaging personality
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and performs well during busy shifts
- A desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
Our bartenders are expected to learn and execute an extensive cocktail program featuring 30 specialty cocktails. Attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to quality are essential.
We’re also looking for someone who has a genuine interest in learning about rum, tiki cocktails, and tiki culture. Whether you already have knowledge in these areas or are excited to dive in and learn, we want team members who are curious, passionate, and eager to expand their craft.
