$1000 sign on bonus and advertised rate of pay in 6 months. Starting rate of pay is $3 per hour less.
Full-Time Positions available in a NAEYC Accredited and Keystone Stars 4 Star rated facility.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field preferred.
Health Care and 401K with company match. Yearly raise and bonuses.
Full time employees (35 - 40 hours per week) earn PTO (4 hrs per pay period to start) for Paid sick/personal days. Paid vacation. Paid Holidays.
Employees with children that attend the center only pay 10%.
