Team Lead Clinical Supervisor - ALLENTOWN, PA

ABRA HEALTH is happy to announce we are looking for Team Lead Clinical supervisor for our Smiles4Keeps ALLENTOWN location in PA.

We are looking for an enthusiastic outgoing candidates that can lead help and be an asset in our Clinical Floor!

The right candidate will have the following duties which include but are not limited to:

• Essential Duties:
  • Supervise a large or highly productive team
  • Consistently display a Patient First mentality
  • Model employee in accordance with company policies and work rules
  • Control the patient flow in the office by directing patients 
  • Monitors wait times and provider workflows
  • Delegate and monitors team member tasks 
  • Review staff schedules on a daily basis
  • Accountable for inventory process of department
  • Responsible for X-ray badge monitoring
  • Understands all emergency protocols and can act when required
  • Accountable for charts being completed, signed, and corrected daily
  • Deliver warnings and corrective action plans to team members
  • Make recommendations about promotions, demotions, hiring and firing to management
  • Help coordinate between administrative and clinical team to allow optimal patient experiences
  • Hold meetings with staff to review goals and issues
  • Attend meetings with management 
  • Contact appropriate people during an employee or patient incident (OSHA, Workers' comp, malpractice)
  • Responds and conveys Doctor needs and issues with management timely and accurately.  
  • Oversee training of new hires
  • Liaison between doctors and front desk
  • Accountable for Sharps container being disposed of properly
  • Accountable for Spore testing 
  • Accountable for routine daily equipment maintenance and scheduling repairs
  • Accountable for ordering nitrous
  • Reviews Schedule in advance of the day
  • Step into any function in the dental office when needed
  • Audit charts on a frequent basis
