We are redefining the grooming experience through private appointments, personalized care, and concierge pickup and delivery. Unlike traditional grooming salons, we do not operate a high-volume kennel environment. Our goal is simple: provide exceptional grooming services while ensuring every pet receives individualized attention in a calm, low-stress setting.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Pet Groomer / Pet Stylist to join our founding team.
This is an opportunity to help build a premium pet care brand from the ground up. We are looking for a groomer who takes pride in quality over quantity, values client relationships, and wants to work in a professional environment where craftsmanship and customer service come first.
Compensation
- 50% commission on all grooming services
- 100% of tips retained by groomer

Responsibilities
- Perform breed-standard and pet trims
- Bathe, dry, brush, and groom dogs of all sizes and coat types
- Handle doodles, double-coated breeds, and specialty cuts
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming station
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding coat condition and grooming recommendations
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet
- Assist in creating an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience preferred
- Ability to complete high-quality grooms independently
- Experience with doodles and hand-scissoring techniques preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Passion for animal care and client service
