Dos Toros Assistant Manager- IAD Airport

Dos Toros Taqueria is growing, and we're looking for experienced restaurant leaders to join our team at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)!

We're seeking managers with 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in the fast casual or quick service restaurant industry, who are ready to inspire their team while delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead daily operations while creating a culture built on service excellence, teamwork, and accountability. You'll be hands-on with your team, coach and develop employees, maintain operational standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Fast casual or quick service restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Open availability based on business needs

Airport Security Requirements

This position is located inside Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

All candidates must be able to:

• Successfully pass a required airport background check
• Provide two forms of original, valid, and undamaged identification to obtain airport security credentials
