Join Our Team
The Grove Estate is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Day Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. We are a premier residential addiction treatment centre committed to providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care in a supportive and healing environment.
As a Day Clinician, you will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders through individual counselling, group therapy, family engagement, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in a timely manner.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical case reviews.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Support patients throughout their recovery journey while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioural health field.
- Active Indiana licensure (or eligibility) as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working in substance use disorder, behavioural health, or residential treatment settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, CBT, and relapse prevention.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
