The Groundsman is hiring a dependable Lawn Care Technician in Fargo, North Dakota. Full-time and part-time positions are available, starting at $18 per hour.
You will drive a company spray truck on a daily route and apply fertilizer and weed-control treatments to residential and commercial lawns. No experience is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a company spray truck to scheduled customer properties
- Apply liquid fertilizer and weed-control treatments
- Follow assigned routes and complete scheduled lawn applications
- Load, clean, and perform basic daily checks on spray equipment
- Keep accurate service records
- Represent The Groundsman professionally with customers
- Assist with other lawn-care, shop, or equipment duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to safely operate a company work truck
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Experience is helpful but not required
- Applicator license is not required; training will be provided
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
