Snow Removal Equipment Operators – Skid Steer & Front-End Loader
Pay: $32–$45 per hour | Seasonal Winter Positions

What You'll Do
- Operate skid steers and front-end loaders to clear snow from commercial properties, parking lots, and condominium communities.
- Help keep driveways, parking areas, and access routes clear and safe during winter weather events.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently in changing weather conditions.
- Work as part of a team to provide reliable, high-quality snow removal services.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns.

- Experience operating skid steers and/or front-end loaders.
- Dependable individuals who show up ready to work when winter weather hits.
- A strong work ethic and attention to safety.
- Ability to work overnight, early morning, and extended shifts when storms require it.
