About the Role:
The Grounds Guys are looking for a motivated Production / Crew Manager to lead our landscaping team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training crew members, ensuring job quality, and learning to estimate and sell jobs. This role offers a clear path to earning equity in the company for those who prove themselves.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and lead a team to complete high-quality landscaping projects
- Train and mentor crew members for efficiency and excellence
- Assist in estimating, bidding, and closing new jobs
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field
- Ability to read plans, estimate job costs, and sell services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
