Position Summary
The Controller will lead all accounting and financial reporting functions. This role is both hands-on and strategic, partnering closely with senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost control, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, A/P, A/R, and payroll
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements
- Manage month-end and year-end close
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts; provide clear financial insights to leadership
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Mentor and support the accounting team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting leadership role
- Experience with accounting systems and Excel
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain accounting staff

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
