About The Opportunity
As Business Liaison, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals. This role will be critical in supporting our Customer in Reynoldsburg, OH. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!
Some Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Coordinate business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional planning, documentation, and coordination efforts for updates to core business and technical processes.
- Capture and document ad hoc system enhancement requests in Azure DevOps and/or Jira, ensuring proper prioritization and integration into development cycles. Maintain organized tracking of requests for ongoing visibility, planning, and decision-making by business and technical leaders.
- Ensure accurate communication flow, stakeholder engagement, and shared understanding of roles and responsibilities across project resources.
- Manage critical incident response for Severity 1 outages and Severity 2–4 technical issues, including initial triage and root-cause identification.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support tickets and coordinate resolution activities with development teams.
- Support development of impact assessments, Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and recommendations to prevent future incidents.
- Coordinate testing for changes impacting connected systems, ensuring issues are documented and addressed by development teams.
- Facilitate preparation and access for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including staging data and ensuring users can fully evaluate system changes.
- Submit deployment requests and support code promotion and production validation to ensure changes are fully and accurately implemented.
- Assist in managing the lifecycle of enhancements and defect fixes from request intake through deployment and validation.
- Minimum 2-3 years supporting Business Analysis, Deployment Management, QA and Testing, or related business area.
- Demonstrated experience managing critical incident response for Severity 1 outages and Severity 2-4 technical issues, while conducting triage efforts for all priority incidents.
- Experience leading cross-functional efforts involving planning, coordination, and documentation for major initiatives surrounding updates of core business and technical processes.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
