Key Responsibilities
- Support divisional accounting and financial operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, commission calculations, and treasury support
- Process and review AP, AR, payroll, and expense activity in coordination with a shared services function
- Prepare GAAP financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting packages for division leadership
- Support audit and tax coordination with corporate finance and external advisors, including preparing schedules and responding to inquiries
- Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process and help maintain rolling financial forecasts
- Partner with business leaders to analyze revenue, margins, and client profitability
- Support divisional cash flow planning and working capital tracking
- Assist with NetSuite ERP reporting and integrations as part of the broader platform strategy
- Help maintain strong internal controls to protect assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Provide financial support for contract negotiations and collections as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Background in media, talent management, sports, or agency settings strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills, NetSuite experience preferred
- Solid understanding of GAAP, ASC 606 exposure a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across finance and business partners
Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
