Kitchen Worker

Steward
Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering
responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
· Performs
duties of Warewasher, Night Cleaner, Yardman, Potwasher, and Silver Attendant
· Responsible for all duties in Kitchen
· Sets up
dishes for chefs
· Fills
milk and cream containers for wait staff
· Sets
Kitchen and Kitchen outlets for service
·
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Perform
Banquet service – keep tables stocked with food
· Transport
dishes to outlying areas
· Pack box
lunches
· Wrap
sandwiches and other food items
· Sweep and
mop work area
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
· Needs to be flexible and able to work all shifts
· Must be able to work overtime if required
· Weekends and holidays required
