Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on plant selection, gardening supplies, and outdoor products.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including weeding, watering and stocking plants
- Identify various plants and gardening tools to help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail sales, and stock merchandising is required.
- Previous outdoor work experience or familiarity with horticulture practices is preferred. Knowledge of plant identification and care is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse customers.
- Passion for gardening and outdoor environments with a positive attitude toward customer service.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
