We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product selection
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Conduct product demos and educate customers on product effects, usage, and benefits
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure a well-stocked sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support store operations through effective communication with team members and management
- Ensure compliance with store policies and safety procedures at all times
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations
- Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments preferred
- Bilingual skills to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to enhance the shopping experience
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a friendly demeanor
