Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in swimming pool maintenance, camping site cleaning and basic repair. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
- Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Oversee and manage small projects related to facilities upkeep, including campsites cleaning
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise any contracted services or additional personnel when necessary.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the swimming pool maintenance and ability to troubleshoot the pool system.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices, including campsites cleaning.
- Basic electrical skills, including the use of an ohmmeter for testing circuits.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in facility management.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.
