Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform electrical repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Fabricate necessary components for repairs or improvements.
- Carry out residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on electrical systems and general repairs.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Experience in residential painting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
