What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
- Assist with prep, stocking, and other back-of-house duties as needed
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed in the back of house
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
