Escape Room Entertainer/Team Lead – The Great Escape Room Boston
The Great Escape Room Boston is looking for team members to help us grow and create an unforgettable adventure for our guests.
We are currently hiring a Game Show Host who will be inside the room, leading live, interactive experiences. This role is perfect for someone with a strong personality who enjoys entertaining, engaging with people, and being at the center of the action.

What you’ll do:
Host live, in-room game show experiences
Guide guests through the game while maintaining high energy and immersion
Deliver clear instructions while keeping the experience fun and engaging
Create memorable moments that guests will talk about long after they leave
Team Lead Responsibilities:
Support daily operations by helping ensure shifts run smoothly and efficiently
Assist with light administrative tasks such as opening and closing procedures, reporting, and basic scheduling support
Help oversee game flow and room readiness to maintain a high-quality guest experience
Act as a point of support for team members during shifts, helping answer questions and problem-solve in real time
Model strong communication, professionalism, and accountability for the team
Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutions to enhance operations and guest satisfaction
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has a strong, outgoing personality and natural stage presence
Is comfortable speaking to groups and being the center of attention
Has experience in acting, hosting, improv, or entertainment
Has worked in customer service, events, or attractions
Loves games, puzzles, or interactive experiences
Thinks quickly and can improvise with confidence
Brings enthusiasm, humor, and charisma to every interaction
Is reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Interview Process:
This position includes an audition-style interview. Selected candidates will be asked to demonstrate their personality, energy, and ability to engage a group as part of the hiring process.
