Escape Room Receptionist

Boxaroo is a business dedicated to puzzling our customers in the most fun of ways. Sound a little odd? That's because our business gives customers one hour to solve puzzles in a room, immersed in mystery and a fun storyline. The business is geared towards groups of 5-9 people looking to have a great time, build unity as a corporate team, and celebrate birthdays or even weddings, while using their minds (and a little adrenaline) to solve an exciting mystery.

We have the rooms, we have the puzzles, we have the special events, and now all we need are energetic, street-smart, and charismatic people! This position would run the logistics of the front desk, debrief customers on the rules and logistics of the experience, help run the room, and sometimes participate in implementing of our live events. RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities would include working the front desk, greeting the customers, exciting them both before and after the experience, answering inquiries via email and phone, and relaying all useful and important information regarding the room and our services. Small talk and charisma will be necessary, as well as great communication skills.
