What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Success Associate, you'll become the primary contact for your assigned clients throughout their journey with The Gratzi.
Your goal is simple:
Help your clients succeed.
That includes:
- Building long-term relationships with your clients
- Conducting quarterly review meetings
- Answering questions and resolving concerns
- Working with our internal team to keep projects moving
- Identifying opportunities where additional services could benefit your clients
- Presenting upsell recommendations when they're the right fit
- Working to retain clients who are considering cancellation
- Gathering reviews, testimonials, referrals, and client success stories

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, account management, client success, relationship management, sales support, or a similar client-facing role required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM software, and learning new technology
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
