Position Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our shop—greeting customers, taking orders, preparing simple food items, and helping keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Take and process orders accurately using a POS system
- Prepare bagels, sandwiches, coffee, and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing tasks
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable and punctual
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain
