Evenings & Weekends Budtender Needed. Must be able to work these shifts. Sundays included.

We’re not your average dispensary—we’re curating an elevated, energetic, and customer-first experience. That means we’re looking for Budtenders who can connect authentically with guests, educate them with confidence, and drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage every customer with positive energy and intention.
- Educate guests on product offerings, effects, and proper usage.
- Make personalized recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Execute transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
- Hit daily and weekly sales targets—bonuses apply!
- Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Be a team player who shows up on time, ready to serve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in bud-tending, retail, hospitality, & sales!
- A passion for cannabis and the community it serves.
- Outgoing, magnetic personality with natural charisma.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Coachable attitude with strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 21 and compliant with state/local regulations.
