A fast-growing global marketing agency specializing in influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and innovative live and digital campaigns for leading fashion, beauty, entertainment, and lifestyle brands is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support its Founder.
This is a dynamic, multifaceted role combining executive administration, client and project support, personal assistance, and collaboration with the Events & Special Projects team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Executive Assistant experience and thrive within a creative, high-volume environment.
We are seeking someone calm under pressure, exceptionally detail-oriented, personable, resourceful, and genuinely passionate about pop culture, entertainment, fashion, and social media. This individual will serve as a trusted extension of the Founder and must be comfortable balancing shifting priorities, anticipating needs, exercising excellent judgment, and maintaining complete discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, including meetings, calls, appointments, and competing priorities.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
Prepare and organize expense reports and other administrative documentation.
Provide thoughtful personal and family support to the Founder as needed.
Assist the Events & Special Projects team with client status reports, RSVP tracking, social placement tracking, face sheets, and event materials.
Maintain and update case studies, pitch materials, and digital wrap reports for current and prospective clients.
Support the preparation of client presentations and other business-development materials.
Monitor social media activity and assist with social calendar management.
Stay current on trends across entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, influencer marketing, brands, and talent.
Communicate professionally with clients, talent, partners, vendors, and internal team members.
Anticipate needs, identify priorities, and ensure important details and follow-ups are completed.
Provide additional administrative, client, project, and personal support as needed.
Qualifications
A minimum of three years of Executive Assistant experience is required.
Experience within entertainment, fashion, marketing, events, influencer relations, or special projects is strongly preferred.
Genuine passion for pop culture, entertainment, fashion, brands, talent, and social media.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong judgment and confidence making thoughtful, independent decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Warm, engaging, polished, and highly professional demeanor.
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with executives, clients, administrative professionals, and creative teams.
Proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn.
High level of discretion when handling confidential business and personal matters.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is highly valued.
