What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and flair
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm
- Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment, adhering to food safety standards
- Manage inventory levels and assist in food preparation to ensure freshness and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating basic math skills for retail math calculations
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork
Basic qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with food handling practices in the food industry
- Experience in sales or cashiering roles is a plus
