RN Supervisor
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health by overseeing patient care, managing staff, collaborating with physicians, and providing both physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care
- Oversee staff and ensure high-quality patient care and services
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care
Requirements:
- Current NYS RN Licensure (BSN preferred but not required)
- Two years of experience in Long-Term Care or medical/surgical settings preferred (new RN Grads welcome)
