Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
Front Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Phone Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Information Provision: Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Mail Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries
- Administrative Support: Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Customer Service: Addressing visitor inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints1.
- Take care of replenishing kitchen and meeting rooms
- Manage collections and deliveries to post office and banks
Required education, knowledge:
- High school diploma in any matter
- Knowledge of the English language will be a preferential requirement.
