Line Cook
Working on the kitchen line is a team sport and gives true meaning to the phrase “there is no “I” in team”. You create culinary masterpieces together and are the heart of the Gov Club dining experience. We are looking for talented individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment. Line cooks will prep, cook, and season all food according to the recipe and have an up-to-date knowledge of the menu.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be familiar with all phases of food preparation and related techniques and be able to meet the physical demands of the position. Be a complete team player and uphold company standards related to appearance and hygiene. A minimum of one-year prior kitchen experience is needed.
