What You’ll Do
The Salsarita’s Line/Grill Cook plays an important role in creating fresh, craveable meals for every guest. You’ll help keep the line moving and ensure orders are prepared correctly and quickly.
Grill meats and vegetables to the right temperature and consistency
Fry chips and prepare other hot items
Complete hot food preparation and support final order assembly
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Keep your station organized, stocked, and ready for rushes
Work closely with the team to maintain speed and accuracy
