- Greeting customers promptly who arrive at the Express Lane
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
- Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled
- Minimum 1 years’ experience required
- Must maintain high level of guest satisfaction
- General knowledge about the automotive industry
- Must have computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- ADP experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- Team player
- Sales experience is a plus
- CSI focused
