SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Sales & Marketing Director plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to increase/maintain occupied units and census through the sales process, and secondarily to coordinate marketing activities to further the Community brand.
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, Day Shift. Evenings/Weekend may be required.

Knowledge and Critical Skills
- Proven ability to drive occupancy growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, and community outreach initiatives
- Strong relationship-building skills with residents, families, referral partners, and local healthcare providers
- Excellent communication and sales skills, including conducting tours, closing leads, and managing the full sales cycle
- Experience analyzing market trends, competitors, and performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve results
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations and clinical teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and resident experience
- Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Proficiency with sales and marketing tools preferred.
