Regional Director of Sales And Marketing – In-Home Care

Seniors Helping Seniors® Siouxland is growing! We are looking for an exceptional Marketing & Sales Director to lead our business development efforts. This role is perfect for a high-energy "go-getter" who loves building relationships and driving growth, but who also possesses the leadership experience to support our internal team.
While your primary mission is to expand our reach in the community, you will serve as a key member of our leadership team, providing backup and managerial support to the Office Manager to ensure our operations always run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Focus: Business Growth – Drive agency revenue through creative marketing, community networking, and building strong referral partnerships.
- Sales Excellence – Lead the client intake process, converting inquiries into happy clients and ensuring a seamless start to their care.
- Operational Support – Provide leadership and "second-in-command" support to the Office Manager; assist with daily operations, scheduling, or administrative oversight as needed.
- Recruitment & Culture – Help lead the charge in recruiting and inspiring high-quality caregivers who fit our mission.
- Community Face – Represent the agency at Sioux Falls events, ensuring Seniors Helping Seniors® is the first name people think of for elder care.
- Quality Control – Assist in ensuring all state regulations and company standards are met across both sales and office functions.
What We’re Looking For
- Growth-Minded Leader: Proven success in sales or business development (healthcare or home care experience is a major plus).
- Versatile Professional: Someone who can spend the morning networking at a senior center and the afternoon helping the office team solve a complex scheduling puzzle.
- People Manager: An experienced leader who can coach staff and maintain a positive, productive office environment.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills with a high level of organizational "polish."
Qualifications
- 2 years of success in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Previous Managerial Experience (required) – You must be comfortable stepping into a leadership/office management role when needed.
- Home Care Experience is a plus but not required for a candidate with a stellar sales background.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
