Salary: $160,000–$185,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday

A leading international law firm is looking for a Branding & Creative Manager to lead a talented creative team and help shape the firm’s brand across a global platform.

This role is ideal for a creative leader who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on, someone who can guide a team, partner with senior stakeholders, and personally contribute to sophisticated design and branding initiatives.

Key areas of focus include:

• Managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary creative team and supporting the growth of individual team members.
• Setting creative direction and maintaining a high standard of design across the organization.
• Developing concepts and delivering major visual communications, campaigns, presentations, events, publications, and digital experiences.
• Working directly with attorneys and business professionals to understand their goals and develop compelling creative solutions.
• Partnering with Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Events, Recruiting, and other internal teams.
• Maintaining and strengthening the firm’s visual identity across a global organization.
• Managing design standards, templates, digital assets, photography, presentation materials, and other brand resources.
• Helping establish efficient creative processes, manage priorities, and allocate resources across multiple projects.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, freelancers, and other creative partners.
• Staying current with emerging design technologies and identifying practical applications for AI and other tools within the creative function.
• Working with colleagues across international offices to support a cohesive global brand experience.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 10 years of professional creative experience, with significant team leadership experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated branding and design work across multiple formats.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and motivating creative professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.
• Deep understanding of typography, composition, visual identity, information design, imagery, and brand development.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, freelancers, or other external creative resources.
• Professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Background in a law firm is required
