Word Processing (WP) Lead Operator
Shift: Wednesday – Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hybrid: (Thursday & Friday onsite - Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday remote)
Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented WP Lead Operator to support high-quality document production and ensure smooth workflow across shifts. This role requires strong technical skills, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Edit, format, scan, and convert legal documents with accuracy
- Coordinate workflow and maintain document tracking systems
- Support attorneys and staff with document production needs
- Format complex documents, including large Excel files
- Ensure PDF compliance (PDF/A standards)
- Assist with presentations and document distribution
- Help maintain seamless shift transitions and cover additional shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of word processing or document production experience (legal preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
