Receptionist Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors

Monitor the front lobby and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner

Greet and direct guests, vendors, residents, families, and employees with warmth and professionalism

Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed

Maintain the cash box and accurately record resident trust account transactions

Receptionist Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative or office experience preferred

Experience in healthcare, senior living or long term care setting preferred

Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required

Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage interruptions required
