Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle front desk responsibilities including answering inquiries, maintaining meeting room schedule, client intakes, and providing information
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office and Actionstep Case Management System (Will train on Actionstep).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law office but not required.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technical skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clear communication
- Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and document management
- Must be able to work Monday -Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
